  What’s included with Smart Lock
  Installation**
  Installation and setup for one customer supplied Smart lock
  Typical installation time of 4 hours
  Set up your lock so the door automatically opens for you (if lock has this
  functionality)
  Create virtual keys for guests or spare keys provided with the lock
  Door modifications are not included
  What do I need to prepare for Smart Lock Installation**
  You need your Smartlock, 4 AA batteries and for some models, your smartphone
  or tablet. Some models have remote control functionality, through a device
  with Alexa, or with your mobile device, this is shown on the product detail
  page; if you would like to activate this you’ll need a Z-Wave compatible hub.
  If you do not have a hub our experts will not be able to activate the smart
  features for your Smart Lock.
  Do I need an existing lock to get this service**
  Yes. The Smart Lock will replace your current lock. Any modifications to
  doors will need to be done prior to this service appointment.
  What if something goes wrong**
