What’s Included
- Unboxing your new TV and placing it on a suitable stand
- Connecting the TV to your wireless network
- Personalizing and configuring your favourite apps, such as Netflix, Disney+ or Prime Video
- Connection of up to three (3) devices, such as a gaming console, cable box, streaming device or Blu-ray player
- Demonstration of how to use your new TV
- Wire management for a tidy look (does not include wire concealment)
What’s Not Included
- Wall mounting
- Assembly of a TV stand
- Recycling or relocation of an existing TV within your home
How To Prepare
- Ensure the Geek Squad Agent(s) have a safe and clear space to work when they arrive at your home
- If you are already in possession of the TV (such as a case where it was delivery prior to the arrival of Geek Squad), ensure it is immediately adjacent to the installation location
- Make sure you have your wireless network password ready before the Geek Squad Agent(s) arrive as they will need it when setting up your TV
- Remove any obstacles around the mounting area in your home

We’ll assist you in downloading the Starlink app and creating a Starlink account through your mobile device. We’ll set up as many as two existing network devices, update the device’s (or devices’) firmware and guide you through any necessary user account setup and configuration. We’ll also demonstrate how to update these credentials and settings for future reference.

Cleaning up
It’s like we were never there. We’ll clean up the work area and remove all tools and supplies.
