Sit back and relax while our Geek Squad Agents perform the ultimate TV setup in your home. Our Agents will setup, personalize and configure your TV, mount it to a wall, conceal any wires and perform a professional video calibration to ensure you get the best possible picture in your viewing environment.
What’s Included
- Installing your TV and mounting it to a wall at your preferred location using the manufacturers recommended height and tilt settings
- Performing a basic concealment (via wire tracking) of any exposed wiring or cables, where possible
- Performing a professional video calibration equipment to precisely configure your new TV to deliver the best possible picture for your viewing conditions, including:
- Improving details in whites and blacks
- Introducing more realistic and lifelike colours
- Ensuring the TV is providing the best overall picture quality possible
- Adjusting the settings of your various devices (such as audio/video receivers) to optimize picture quality (when applicable)
- Providing a before and after summary of the TV’s colour performance for your reference
- Connecting the TV to your WiFi, personalizing your favourite apps, and connecting any devices (such as a gaming console, cable or satellite box, Blu-ray player, etc.)
- Recycling of the TV box and packaging
What’s Not Included
- Mounting hardware (must be purchased separately)
- Installation on brick, masonry or tile surfaces. This may require additional equipment and charges. Please contact Geek Squad in advance if this applies to your intended installation location
- Outdoor installations or commercial installations, including installations intended for commercial signage
- Recycling or relocation of an existing TV
How To Prepare
- Ensure the Geek Squad Agent(s) have a safe and clear space to work when they arrive at your home
- If you are already in possession of the TV (such as a case where it was delivery prior to the arrival of Geek Squad), ensure it is immediately adjacent to the installation location
- Make sure you have your Wifi password ready before the Geek Squad Agent(s) arrive as they will need it when setting up your TV
- Remove any obstacles around the mounting area in your home.
- Make sure any electrical and carpentry work is completed before delivery day.

We’ll also demonstrate how to update these credentials and settings for future reference.

It’s like we were never there. We’ll clean up the work area and remove all tools and supplies.
