Our Agents will setup, personalize and configure your TV, mount it to a wall, conceal any wires and perform a professional video calibration to ensure you get the best possible picture in your viewing environment.

    What’s Included

    • Installing your TV and mounting it to a wall at your preferred location using the manufacturers recommended height and tilt settings
    • Performing a basic concealment (via wire tracking) of any exposed wiring or cables, where possible
    • Performing a professional video calibration equipment to precisely configure your new TV to deliver the best possible picture for your viewing conditions, including:

     

    • Improving details in whites and blacks
    • Introducing more realistic and lifelike colours
    • Ensuring the TV is providing the best overall picture quality possible
    • Adjusting the settings of your various devices (such as audio/video receivers) to optimize picture quality (when applicable)

     

    • Providing a before and after summary of the TV’s colour performance for your reference
    • Connecting the TV to your WiFi, personalizing your favourite apps, and connecting any devices (such as a gaming console, cable or satellite box, Blu-ray player, etc.)
    • Recycling of the TV box and packaging

    • Mounting hardware (must be purchased separately)
