This is where a Geek Squad Agent comes into the picture. We’ll install your projector screen and arrange the low-voltage wiring so it runs neatly within 10 feet of your set-up
What’s Included
- Installation of a pull-down or wall mounted fixed projector screen.
- Alignment and configuration of the projector and the screen.
What’s Not Included
- This Geek Squad Service does not include the installation of mechanized or recessed projectors screens or those that deploy via automation.
- For masonry or tile mounting locations, please consult with a Geek Squad Agent.
How To Prepare
- Ensure that you have a new or existing flat-mount or pull-down passive projector screen ready and accessible for the Geek Squad Agent when they arrive.
- The mounting location must be on drywall with standard stud construction.

We’ll assist you in downloading the Starlink app and creating a Starlink account through your mobile device. We’ll set up as many as two existing network devices, update the device’s (or devices’) firmware and guide you through any necessary user account setup and configuration. We’ll also demonstrate how to update these credentials and settings for future reference.

Cleaning up
It’s like we were never there. We’ll clean up the work area and remove all tools and supplies.
