download and 0.5mbps upload. Ensure to have the password on hand. If further
parts or works are required to make the installation possible, additional

What if I have bought accessories and want those installed too?
Your tech may be able to connect more equipment, however there will be an
additional charge for this which can be agreed with the technician on the day

If you do not have a hub our experts will not be able to activate the smart

Do I need an existing lock to get this service?
