Bulbs must be compatible with existing light fittings for the service to be
carried out and wifi key available
What do I need to do before my lighting and Echo set up appointment?
You will need: your Amazon login details, wifi passwords, good wifi
strength as a minimum and any devices you would like to connect to your
device.
What if I have bought Hue accessories and want those installed too?
Your tech will be able to connect more equipment, however there will be an
additional charge for this. If the additional equipment includes hard wired
products, there may be an additional appointment required.
How will the tech know which skills to enable and devices to connect?
The tech will speak with you to understand what might be of most use to
you, to help with everyday tasks and your life style. This may include adding
parental controls, setting up key routines or adding skills to help you
achieve daily tasks
