Installation (Non-Wired)?
Mount video doorbell to door frame or external wall
Connect the device to wifi network
If relevant, configure the device to give you real time alerts when you
have visitors
Test product and demonstrate product functionality
Does not include any wiring of the product or removal of existing wired
products
Customer must ensure wifi strength is good near site of device and have
wifi password available

What do I need to do before my installation appointment?
You will need to ensure the backup battery pack(s) included with the
product are charged ahead of the technicians arrival. Additionally, you can
have up to 2 compatible devices which you would like to connect to your
security system. Wifi needs to be operational, located within max 7 meters of
the installation location and meet the required internet speed of 4mbps
download and 0.5mbps upload. Ensure to have the password on hand. If further
parts or works are required to make the installation possible, additional
charges may apply.
What if I have bought accessories and want those installed too?
Your tech may be able to connect more equipment, however there will be an
additional charge for this which can be agreed with the technician on the day
or prior to the appointment. Please ensure you let your provider know how
many and which additional items you need installed 48 hours prior to the
start of your appointment. If the additional equipment includes hard wired
products, there may be an additional appointment required.
Does this include hard wiring?
No, this does not include hard wiring the product. If your doorbell is

Your Responsibilities
You agree that it is your responsibility, and not the responsibility of
Amazon or the installer to ensure that your use of the product will comply
with any applicable laws, including: (a) installation of any product which
takes visual and/or audio recordings be installed at such an angle that it
does not take any recordings beyond the boundary of your property (including
public pavements or roads); and (b) that, if you use your property as a
workplace, you comply with laws governing the monitoring of employees. If any
product is installed at a property owned, operated or managed by a third
party or where other individuals live, work or are otherwise present
(collectively, “Other Parties”), you represent and warrant to us that you
have notified those Other Parties, to the extent required by law, and
obtained all approvals, permissions, consents and authorizations, if and as
required from such Other Parties, for installation and operation of the
product at the installation location. You further represent and warrant to us
that the location where the product is installed is safe for individuals who
access the property, including those who access by using the product, and
that the installation of the product at that location will not disrupt or
negatively affect any other systems, locks, or other protections or
infrastructure of the property.

We’ll set up as many as two existing network devices, update the device’s (or devices’) firmware and guide you through any necessary user account setup and configuration. We’ll also demonstrate how to update these credentials and settings for future reference.

Cleaning up
It’s like we were never there. We’ll clean up the work area and remove all tools and supplies.
