  What to do I need to do before my appointment**
  Before your appointment, please make sure: the old appliance is easily
  accessible, and that there’s a clear path between an exterior door and the
  appliance’s location, which will help the pro get your old appliance out, and
  your new appliance in. Please also check that the dimensions of your new
  appliance will fit into the space you have allocated and is the same
  dimensions as the old appliance you are replacing.
