  Unpack PC or laptop, connect cables and connect to power supply
  Connect to existing, functioning internet connection (passwords and details
  must be available)
  Set up security updates and demonstrate key security features
  Connect up to 3 peripherals (mouse, keyboard, printer), this includes a
  maximum of one printer
  Why should I book this service**
  If you don’t know–and don’t care to learn–about PC/ laptop set up, or if
  you’ve already spent too much time trying to configure, customize, or
  troubleshoot your product, it may be time to bring in a pro. A pro will make
  sure your system runs as smoothly as possible and safely transfer your data
  across from your old machine.
  What do I need to do before my appointment**
  Please ensure you have a working internet connection and power plus the
  peripherals you’d like the pro to connect to PC/ laptop. You’ll also need
  your wifi passwords and passwords to any software/accounts you need set up.
