What is included in this Tap
Replacement?
Installing one customer-supplied indoor tap of similar specification and
type to the tap being replaced
Removing old tap and drain stopper
Re-attaching water supply
Service is for indoor taps only
Additional cost will be incurred if additional parts are required to make
the installation possible
Additional costs may be incurred in the event of modifying the sink,
plumbing, type of tap being installed, or if shutoff valves are
unavailable.
What should I consider when buying taps?
The right Tap will have openings that align with those already in your sink
or counter, so that the Tap you purchase will appropriately fit in the space
left behind by your old Tap. Taps typically have between 1 and 4 holes to fit
the different options in your sink or counter, and the number of sink
accessories – like sprayers and soap dispensers – in your sink setup. Make
sure you purchase a Tap with the number of spaces that fits your space and
your needs to help make sure your Tap installation goes without a
hitch.
Why should I hire a pro to do my Tap installation?
Tap replacement requires the purchase of a few specialized tools to do it
well and the water supply needs to be properly understood, then shut it off
from the shutoff valves, if possible, or main water supply to the house,
shutoff valves are not present. If the tap being replaced is very old, there
may be additional works due to the condition of the pipes and fasteners
hidden beneath the tap, this will only be determined once the tap is
removed.
What if I need more work carried out or the item is more complex than
expected?
Your pro will inform you up front if there are any additional charges
resulting from the nature of the job or your additional work requests. This
may lead to the appointment being re-scheduled to ensure the pro with the
right experience for your job is available to carry it out
What if something goes wrong?

We’ll set up as many as two existing network devices, update the device’s (or devices’) firmware and guide you through any necessary user account setup and configuration. We’ll also demonstrate how to update these credentials and settings for future reference.

Cleaning up
It’s like we were never there. We’ll clean up the work area and remove all tools and supplies.
