The GHV 940 is a low noise apartment distribution amplifier, for use in medium and large CATV networks of multi-dwelling buildings. It has a modular design with return channel for easy configuration and installation. Rotary switches and jumpers make adjusting the attenuation and equalization easy, keeping the up and down signal unchanged.

VHF band (RC=OFF) switchable or return channel (RC=ON) of 5-65 MHz.
Selectable return channel: On/Off, Active/Passive.
Amplification CR 26/32 dB.
Return channel technology included, all features available without module.
Optional automatic activation of return channel (ARA). (Switchable return channel blocker for noise elimination).
All connectors are female F connectors, mounted individually.
Input and output test connectors of 20 dB.
Extensive ESD and protection against overvoltage.
The unit is fed into the network through an EU type plug.
Low consumption.
