The PulsON
Alarm 2.0 4G Control Panel from BCS represents the core of the latest hybrid
alarm system. Featuring 8 hardwired zones on the control unit, it can be
expanded to accommodate up to 80 zones using additional expanders. The
panel’s input resistor values can be parameterized to match existing systems,
making it easier for installers to upgrade older alarm setups. Additionally,
the EXP-RF(A) module enables the integration of up to 80 wireless devices
from the AJAX brand, enhancing the system’s versatility and reach.

This control panel comes equipped with 5 programmable outputs, including 1
supervised output for connecting a siren and 4 low-current OC outputs. With
the optional expanders, installers gain access to a total of 19 outputs.
Furthermore, it features two independent supervised AUX outputs, specifically
designed for powering alarm devices. The PulsON Alarm 2.0 4G is ideally
suited for securing small to medium-sized properties, including homes, apartments,
and smaller public institutions.

Integrated with both 4G/2G communication and ETHERNET/Wi-Fi, the control
panel allows for seamless interaction with a mobile application designed for
user convenience and monitoring stations. Users can choose from three
communication protocols for monitoring stations: the widely-used Contact ID,
Kronos Standard Protocol (KSP), and the proprietary PulsonProtocol. The
programming of the system is user-friendly, done through a standard USB-B
connection or remotely via the cloud, providing installers with options for
easy configuration and updates. The PulsON Alarm 2.0 4G meets the EN-50131
standard for Grade 2 security.
