In Print Shop, we use sublimation printing for most brand printing. The
technique provides a high-quality and long-lasting print finish. The process
involves heating ink from a powdered state to a gaseous state and infusing it
directly into the fabric for the finished look.
Our t-shirt branding process starts with a thorough selection of
high-quality fabrics. The materials chosen serve as the foundation for a
fantastic product. Each t-shirt is rigorously tested to ensure durability and
comfort, resulting in a garment that looks excellent and feels great.

After that, we go on to the design phase, where we let our creativity run
wild. Our staff collaborates directly with customers to realize their vision,
whether presenting a company logo, promoting an event, or commemorating a
cause.
We then print the design onto a sublimation paper using sublimation ink. We
mirror the design during printing so it appears correctly on the t-shirt and
cut the paper accurately after printing. Though the print might look lighter
at first glance, the colours deepen and become more vibrant once infused into
the t-shirt.

At this point, you can start preparing the t-shirt for printing. We use a
lint roller to remove dust and particles that might ruin the finished t-shirt
look.

Next, we turn on the heating press and wait for it to warm. Once it is
warm, we quickly press the t-shirt to remove any wrinkles on the surface,
which can lead to graphic distortion during printing.

Later, we placed the sublimation paper with the design on the t-shirt, with
the coloured side facing the t-shirt. We ensure the design correctly lines up
and make final adjustments where needed.

Afterwards, we finally get to the printing. We press down on the heat
press, which pushes the gaseous ink from the sublimation paper and directly
infuses it into the t-shirt fabric. We hold it down for 45-55 seconds,
ensuring the ink sticks to the fabric permanently.

As we said before, the design colours will become more vivid and vibrant
once they are on your t-shirt.
