- You do not need to bring Starlink equipment

- Visit Authorized Retailer: Physically visit an authorized Starlink retailer or partner in Kenya.
- Provide Identification: Present your original ID card or passport for in-person identification authentication.
- Confirm Details: The retailer will verify your details to activate or maintain your service.
- Deadline: April 30, 2026.
- Consequence: Failure to verify leads to immediate service suspension.
- Requirement: Authorized retailers include partners like Alcatraz Dish Network Services.
- Note: You do not need to bring your Starlink equipment, only your identification documents.
