Assembly?
Assembly of 1 customer-supplied stepper per product instructions
Typical installation time of 1 hour
Moving the stepper to a new room is not included
Why should I hire a pro to assemble my Stepper?
Allowing a pro to assemble your stepper for you saves you time, and frees
you from the hassle of interpreting unclear assembly instructions or keeping
track of stray parts and hardware. A pro will have the right tools and
experience to do the assembly quickly, correctly, and safely the first
time.
What if I want my stepper moved?
Moving your stepper to another location in your home is not included in the
assembly price, but definitely let your pro know if you’d like them to move
it for you for an additional fee. Your pro can let you know exactly how much
the move will cost, as it depends on the stepper’s size and weight, and the
difficulty of the move. If you’d rather not pay extra to have your stepper
moved, you can do the moving on your own before the assembler arrives.
What if something goes wrong?

satisfied with your assembly service, we’ll make it right or give you a full
refund.

We’ll securely deliver your new Starlink system to your home.

Connecting your new system
We’ll mount and assemble your new equipment, connect the Starlink cable to the included router inside the house through an exterior wall (or siding) and connect up to two devices.

Testing and demonstrating
We’ll assist you in downloading the Starlink app and creating a Starlink account through your mobile device. We’ll set up as many as two existing network devices, update the device’s (or devices’) firmware and guide you through any necessary user account setup and configuration. We’ll also demonstrate how to update these credentials and settings for future reference.

Cleaning up
It’s like we were never there. We’ll clean up the work area and remove all tools and supplies.

*Service does not include installation to any recreational vehicles or boats or mounting to any commercial buildings, apartments or condos.

Installation is limited to the outside of a home.
