Replacement?
Removal of 1 existing toilet
Installation of close-coupled toilet, cistern and seat
New toilet should be transported to the bathroom in which it will be
installed before the service provider arrives
Additional plumbing works and or parts will incurr additional costs
Haul-away of old unit and the cost of any additional parts required to make
the installation possible will incur additional charge
What do I need to do before my toilet replacement?
Please make sure you have on hand the toilet you’d like installed, with all
the bolts and screws that came with it—as well as your choice of seat—before
your appointment. Please note: Typically, the toilet and seat are sold
separately for your toilet replacement. The plumber will provide the plumbing
components, such as a wax ring and the correct-size water supply hoses.
Additional charges may be added by the plumber for toilet replacement, to
cover the cost of any additional parts or labour required to complete your
specific toilet replacement service.
Why should I get a pro to do my toilet replacement?
Aside from the obvious yuk factor with toilet replacement, working with
your home’s plumbing system can be unsafe and difficult to do correctly
without the proper training.
What if I need more work carried out or the item is more complex than
expected?
Your pro will inform you up front if there are any additional charges

We’ll set up as many as two existing network devices, update the device’s (or devices’) firmware and guide you through any necessary user account setup and configuration. We’ll also demonstrate how to update these credentials and settings for future reference.

Cleaning up
It’s like we were never there. We’ll clean up the work area and remove all tools and supplies.
