Televes Fiber Optic Fusion Protector 43mm
This protector is a component used in fiber optic fusion to protect the union of the fused fibers physically, mechanically and environmentally.
It is a tube composed of heat-shrinkable material and a stainless steel rod. When heat is applied to the tube, it shrinks and tightens around the junction of the optical fibers.
It is resistant to moisture and environmental changes. The stainless steel rod provides additional rigidity and support. It has a width of 43mm.
These protectors ensure the integrity and durability of fiber optic connections, especially in environments where fibers may be exposed to adverse conditions.
