Broadband line amplifier (1 input / 1 output) (47-862 MHz) for collective terrestrial TV distribution. The amplifier has “F” connectors. It allows powering of preamps such as mast amplifiers or antennas with BOSS technology.
The MiniKom control unit has a configurable gain via swtich (high / low): in high gain mode the equipment offers up to 39dB, if we select low gain it would be 29dB. In addition, the output is adjustable (0..20 dB) thanks to an attenuator integrated in the output.
Line amplifiers are commonly used to reamplify the signal in the main downcomer of a community when the header signal is not enough to obtain an optimal level in the first floors.
