The Fellowes Powershred P-25s is a reliable, strip-cut paper shredder ideal for occasional personal use in your home. An everyday use shredder it is suitable for individuals with light to moderate shredding requirements, ideal for one user. It can shred up to five sheets of paper per pass into 7 mm strips (Security DIN Level P-1) and can shred continuously for up to 3 minutes.
The 11 L bin is more than enough bin space for occasional shredding and the easy lift-off head makes emptying paper waste mess and hassle-free. This Fellowes shredder also has a built-in thermostat to prevent overheating. he neat and compact design of the P-25s, means this shredder won’t look out of place in your home. It has a space-conscious compact design that takes up little space and can shred continuously for up to 3 minutes non-stop.
Keep it handy next to or under your home office desk or even in a corner of the kitchen, so it is always available when you need it. As a strip cut machine it offers the user basic document security ideal for one user within a home environment and is more suited to disposing of information that is less sensitive.
The P-25s shreds non-stop for up to 3 minutes and also features an auto reverse to maximize ease of use. For a higher level of security and protection against information and identity theft, a Fellowes Cross-Cut shredder is more effective; so you can be confident that documents such as household bills and bank statements are disposed of securely.
The P-25s also features a thermal overload protector which stops the shredder temporarily when it senses it is getting too hot. Once activated, the shredder will shut down and a red light will advise you that this safety protector has activated.
