cascaded multiswitches have the benefit of being snapped together instead of
havingto make up small coaxial leads with F connectors. The PA5082adaptors
are used to do this. The last cascaded multiswitch through ports must be
terminated with 75 ohm capacitive loads, so use product PR1007.
